How to register- If you are planning to take the computer based revised GRE test then you can register online, by phone or by mail using a valid credit or debit card through “My GRE Account”. (Test takers from Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Korea can register only through online registration). If you want to take the paper based revised GRE test then you can register online or by mail.

Try to fill in the blanks with phrases or words which complete the sentence. You should not assume that the first blank is the one which should be filled first; perhaps the other blanks are easier to fill first. In the end, the passage or the sentence should sound grammatically and logically correct when you read. When you are attempting the reading comprehension section, you should actively engage with the text, asking questions, formulating hypothesis etc to answer the questions.

In the analysis of issue what matters is not the number of examples or the form your argument takes instead, what is important is the continuity of your ideas and the clarity with which you communicate these ideas on the issue. In the analysis of argument you have to discuss the logical soundness of the author’s case by critically examining the line of reasoning and the use of evidence.

Read carefully but you should not spend more than one minute on each question. There is no negative marking for the wrong answer given so pace yourself and try to answer all the questions.
